Many rural areas right outside of Tulsa city limits qualify for a USDA loan, which means 0% down on your home purchase. If you are a veteran, active duty, National Guard, or a Reservist, you may also qualify for a VA loan, which also has a 0% down payment.
Now Let's talk about closing costs... Just to close on your home, it's typically going to cost you between $2,500 and $7,500 EXTRA! But most people don't realize that we can negotiate for the seller to pay ALL of those fees. Now, the only thing left is your inspections and appraisal. Our preferred lender has committed to paying your appraisal as a THANK YOU for doing business with them. That saves you over $500.
